Chicken Breasts in Cream Sauce

Ingredients:
- 1 cup cooking cream
- 1 cup hot water + chicken bouillon cube
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper/cumin
- Parsley as desired
- Butter
- Olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Steps:
1- Cut the chicken breasts in half and season with salt, black pepper, and spices.
2- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add butter and olive oil, let them heat up, then place the chicken breasts in the skillet and cook each side for 5 minutes.
3- Remove the breasts from the skillet and place them on a plate, then use the cup of hot water to dissolve the chicken bouillon cube.
4- Next, sauté the minced garlic in the skillet for a few minutes, then add the dissolved bouillon cube, cream, spices, and parsley. You can add mushrooms if desired.
5- Finally, stir the ingredients until heated through, then place the chicken breasts on top and let them simmer for 10 to 15 minutes over low heat until the cream thickens.
